This is the watch that started it all, this first watch in my collection. This is a ref #2384 housing a cal 30T2SC. The cal 30 movements were legendary for their accuracy and precision. In chronometer testing competitions, the 30mm movement won numerous awards over several years.

The beautifully aged original dial has “Ancre 17 Rubis” written on it, indicating this watch was was likely intended for sale in the European market. The watch itself is from the early 1940’s.
